Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Card Payment Security Product Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing card payment security, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize fraud parameters, and ensuring a balance between security measures and customer experience. The role also involves overseeing 3DS transactions, improving STIP, managing various card payment security features, and driving customer awareness and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance Card Payment Security: Collaborate with stakeholders to review and optimize fraud parameters, manage 3DS transactions and improve authorisation approval rates and reduce declined transactions
- Payment Controls and Alerts: Develop and manage card payment security features such as payment controls and card transaction alerts, Continuously optimizing the digital engagement journey
- Support and Testing: Provide support during UAT, LV phases, and troubleshoot customer reported issues, ensuring timely resolutions
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor and analyse security features performance, staying updated on industry trends and implementing necessary changes to ensure the organisation remains at the forefront of industry standards
- Communication and Adoptions: Develop communication strategies and conduct experiments to drive awareness, adoption, and usage of card payment security features
- Stakeholder collaboration: Work with internal and external stakeholders, including Compliance, Fraud Ops, Technology, and payment networks like Visa and Mastercard
Requirements
- At least 5-7 years of experience in card payment security, fraud prevention, or a related field
- Strong understanding of card payment security features, 3DS transactions, and STIP
- Experience with Payments (Digital Wallet, Credit Card, Banking, Online, Offline), especially with ecommerce systems, payments gateways and payment processors is highly valued
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Customer centric, able to understand and anticipate what customers need
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
- Experience in UAT and LV is a plus
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements in payment security
