The Seller Programs team is a critical pillar within General Ops Integrated Ops function. We are responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement of core seller programs. The team ensures successful launches and enrolments of tactical packages, driving platform-wide benefits to all key seller segments. We are seeking a seasoned Manager to lead our program operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving capabilities, and a comprehensive understanding of platform processes. You will take the lead in analysing data, identifying trends, and developing strategic initiatives to drive program success and elevate the overall seller experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis of seller program data and metrics to uncover trends and identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Uphold rigorous governance and standardisation across program frameworks by partnering with regional and local stakeholders.
- Oversee seller performance within respective programs, providing strategic insights to enhance program design, governance, and user experience while ensuring timely incentive disbursements.
- Collaborate strategically with cross-functional teams, including Regional Seller Programs, Commercial, Finance, and Product, to implement operational enhancements and resolve performance-related challenges.
- Develop and oversee comprehensive reports tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) while delivering regular updates to stakeholders.
- Work closely with Seller Engagement to strategies external seller communications, and with the Customer Care team to effectively manage seller inquiries.
- Remain abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging mechanics in e-commerce operations to inform strategic decisions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce operations, retail, or consumer goods, with a proven record of leading programs or initiatives.
- Strong analytical acumen with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven; project management experience is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, effective in fostering collaboration within cross-functional teams.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint; familiarity with additional operational tools and systems is a plus.
