Our client is a prominent global leader in the life sciences industry. They are currently looking for a Senior/Automation Manager as part of their expansion plans within the region, reporting to the Plant Manager.
THE ROLE
As the Senior/Automation Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and developing a high-performing automation team by setting clear objectives, providing regular feedback, and supporting their professional growth.
- Managing vendor relationships and overseeing contractor activities to ensure alignment with project objectives and standards.
- Driving the identification and implementation of automation enhancements to improve productivity, quality, and safety.
- Overseeing automation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Over 8 years of experience in automation engineering within the life sciences industry.
