This is a multinational consumer goods corporation. We are looking for people who will lead marketing and commercial plans for the company. The Senior Brand Manager identifies business opportunities and works with the multi-functional team to build cohesive commercial plans! You are expected to lead and collaborate with different subject matter experts to deliver end-to-end plans for the region via qualifying communication ideas, adjusting portfolio pricing and identifying shopping barriers and opportunities.
Job Descriptions
- Owns the Integrated Brand Plan, Brand Strategy and Initiative Masterplan to create and execute brand strategies for key projects and initiatives to deliver brand growth. Own P&L investment decisions to maximise profitability.
- Deliver integrated digital action plan including but not limited to effectiveness of eCRM, digital advertising, social media engagement, search, and eCommerce.
- Identify consumers needs and wants for the products, and provide inputs to Research & Development and technical team to design the right package and formula to win with local consumers.
- Lead consumer researches to develop qualified brand concept, benefit and claims that addresses consumers unmet needs.
- Lead creative agencies to develop communication ideas and execute TV copy production designed/customised for the cultural nuances of local consumers.
- Develop initiatives fit-for-use toolkits (including copy, prints, digital i-banners, social & eCommerce contents, sampling trial toolkits, in-store activation and demos, etc.)
- Work with R&D and technical team to design the right package & formula to win locally with key customers and/or channels while managing the product cost within affordable levels.
- Collaborate with local trade team to craft promotion/ pricing strategy and customer/ distributor trade terms.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or Business related field.
- 5+ years experience in brand management, digital media, consulting or consumer journey design experience or similar required.
- Strengths with strategic and analytical thinking/ problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
