Job Summary
Be part of the building operation team to ensure effective maintenance and management of the property and reports to the Assistant General Manager
Job Description
- To optimise operations of the building's equipment and systems.
- To negotiate and manage effective building maintenance service contracts.
- To identify, initiate and execute special projects to improve and enhance the building's operations.
- To liaise with Government bodies/ Consultants/ Architects/ Contractors on building's matters.
- To plan and budget for the Building's operations and ensure that building works are carried out accordingly.
- To ensure timely renewal and replacement of term contracts, building and regulatory licenses.
- To lead and supervise the M&E team which may include Senior/ Building Executive, Senior/ Maintenance Technicians and/or Senior/ Property Officer.
- Identify, develop and review staff's training needs, skills and develop staff's potential.
- Supervise and uphold company's policies and procedures to ensure compliance, safety, security and welfare of staff.
- To take on role of Senior Fire Safety Manager, if required or appointed (where applicable).
- To ensure timely submission of Management reports, Budget and ad hoc reports as and when assigned.
- Implementation and compliance to ISO 14001, ISO 50001 & ISO 45001.
- Attends to tenancy matter such as tenants request, feedback and conduct inspection for the handing and taking over of tenanted premises.
- Any other tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor/management.
Key Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent
