About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in CRM implementation and enhancement projects. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring CRM solutions align with organizational goals.
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri
- Job Type: Contract (one-year)
- Salary Package: up to $8000 (basic) + AWS
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for CRM systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design CRM solutions that improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.
- Lead workshops and facilitate discussions to understand business needs and process gaps.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Support project delivery by managing timelines, scope, and deliverables.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end users.
- Ensure CRM solutions comply with industry standards and best practices.
Requirements:
- Over 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role with a focus on CRM projects.
- Proven expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, or others).
- Strong knowledge of process mapping, gap analysis, and requirements gathering.
- Familiarity with Power Platform, Power Automate, or related tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
