Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify challenges, opportunities, and solutions for the Group across different countries
Perform pricing analysis to optimize revenue generation
Streamline and enhance internal and external operational metrics reporting
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand ongoing business requirements and support decision-making processes
Analyze and evaluate actual versus budgeted results, and provide reforecasting insights
Conduct benchmarking studies to assess competitors performance
Manage and coordinate corporate projects and initiatives
Monitor and analyze ongoing business performance, identifying areas for improvement
Prepare ad-hoc deliverables as needed
Requirements
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and levels within the organization
Analytical mindset with the ability to provide valuable business commentaries
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in handling numbers
Results-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Strong learning agility and eagerness to take on new challenges
Proficient in data analytics and modeling, with the ability to translate raw data into actionable insights
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus, but not mandatory
A bachelor's degree in accounting or business finance
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
