Senior Business Analyst

Job Description:

• Understand business processes, identify business requirements and translate into functional specifications
• Support multiple applications systems and platforms
• Manage SIT and support users for UAT and post-production support
• Track and report project progress, issues and risks to ensure deliverables are on track
• Adhere to company, project and support standards and guidelines

Requirements:

• At least 3 years working experience in delivering and supporting IT applications
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodology is a plus
• Basic knowledge of SQL and writing SQL queries is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
