Job Description:
- Understand business processes, identify business requirements and translate into functional specifications
- Liase with in-house development team and testers
- Responsible for tracking and reporting of project progress, issues and risks to ensure deliverables are on track
- Manage UAT and SIT
- Support post-production deployment
- Adhere to company, project and support standards and guidelines
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years business analysis experience in delivering and supporting mid-large scale IT applications
- Experience in managing customized or bespoke application
- Basic knowledge of SQL and writing SQL queries is a plus
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
