Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, working closely with them to understand and diagnose business challenges, troubleshoot issues, and escalate as necessary.
- Research and develop solutions for common business and operational challenges create and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base that empowers clients to address routine issues independently.
- Implement preventive measures and solutions to streamline service delivery, including developing best practices, guidelines, and checklists to improve response to recurring challenges.
- Generate reports and analyze client data to identify trends and insights, providing actionable recommendations that shape future business processes and service offerings.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field. Strong interest in working with computer applications and software.
- 5-7 years of proven experience in a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably within professional services or client-facing environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand and resolve complex business challenges.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating business and technical solutions to both clients and internal teams.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, with experience in delivering insights to support business decisions.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with professional services workflows, as well as experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies, is a plus.
