ROLE OVERVIEW
The region covered shall be: Global / Headquarters
- Conducting research in strategic regions and global trends
- Attune the team to market trends, competitive landscape and industry development
- Coordinate and prepare organizational, brand, and market proposals, presentations and credentials statements
- Conducting feasibility studies of individual and portfolio projects
- Planning and assisting the corporate and regional teams with reviews of business development plans, entries and submissions of reports
- Supporting the Head of Department for deal management and pursuit of business development opportunities within APAC
REQUIREMENTS
Essential Job Skills
- Generation, support and execution of business development market studies, research projects, proposals and deals for all brands in hotel/resorts, residential, golf, spa or such other products, globally, including but not limited to hospitality industry market trend reports and analysis
- Feasibility studies
- Sound knowledge in hospitality markets and structuring inter-organizational commercial relationships
- Knowledge of hospitality industry in a wide variety of regions
- Proposals, reports, pitch presentations
- Hotel profit and loss statements
Background:
- 2-5 years of hospitality background, with prior experience as a hotel consultant and/or research experience
- Education and training in Business or Hospitality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work both independently and as a team in time sensitive environment
- Precise and detail oriented
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
