Time Access International is the leading company in time attendance hardware (Security Systems) and software for the last 29 years and has developed our own digital HR product (HRMS Systems) which includes the core modules of Time Attendance/Payroll/Leave/Claims & Benefits/Appraisal.
- Working Location : Singapore - Central - near Mattar - DT25
Meet company sales targets using government grants, through new client acquisition- Travel on-site for sales demonstrations or make presentations through teleconference meetings
Develop pricing proposals, negotiate terms, and propose contracts/subscriptions
- Generate enquiries both from company internal and external sources
Close sales at over a 70% rate- Create new resellers, tap on existing distribution networks.
Keen to learn or to be developed towards being a specialist in the Payroll/HR Software field.
- Finding and developing new local sales opportunities and improving sales figures
Attend on-site client demonstrations and presentations- Develop and maintain strong long term strategic relationships key accounts
Strong English interpersonal and communication skills preferred as you will be facing clients directly
- Have a strong understanding of all products and services
Monitor industry trends and competition to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
Diploma and above- Preferably 3-5 years of successful sales experience.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
- Ability to create and deliver presentations
Fast learner and quick thinker, highly independent and resourceful Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
- Possess good communication, marketing, and negotiation skills
* Experience in HRMS industry or Experience in IT industry is a bonus
