About The Job / Manager
We are currently looking to hire a Senior Manager / Assistant Director in Business Development. You will report to the Director for this role and will be predominantly responsible for taking on a hunting role as you are required to penetrate new markets to foster new relationships.
Responsibilities
- To manage and grow the major account business, collaborate closely with the distributors.
- Develop the business execution plan in close collaboration with the distributors while staying under the approved budget.
- Develop and maintain key customer relationships
- Take the lead in carrying out all strategies, initiatives, and events for the distributor market as specified by the market's marketing calendar.
- Support customer contract negotiations.
- Oversee, coordinate, and carry out all authorized trade marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Skills And Experience Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or similar discipline
- Proven track record of strong distributor management and hunting background in penetrating new markets within the FMCG sector
- Strong sense of commercial acumen
