Job Overview:
As the Industrial & Smart Cities Sales Lead, you will champion the adoption of Univers energy optimization and smart infrastructure solutions across industrial complexes and smart city initiatives in Asia. You will lead the implementation of EnOS Cloud, ARK RM (Energy Monitoring System), EnOS Charge (EV Infrastructure), and EnOS Edge to deliver comprehensive, scalable solutions that drive energy efficiency, sustainability, and smart mobility across multi-stakeholder urban environments.
Additionally, you will integrate AI-driven Smart HVAC and Predictive Maintenance Solutions to optimize operational efficiency and reduce energy consumption in industrial complexes and public infrastructure. By leveraging Univers advanced product suite, you will help cities and industries transition to sustainable energy practices while improving infrastructure resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Product-Led Solution Selling: Drive the adoption of ARK RM, EnOS Cloud, EnOS Edge, and EnOS Charge, focusing on delivering end-to-end energy solutions. Integrate additional offerings like Smart HVAC Optimization and Predictive Maintenance to maximize energy efficiency and reduce operational costs for large industrial and urban clients.
- Cross-Platform Synergy: Position Univers holistic product suitespanning energy management, HVAC optimization, and predictive maintenanceas key enablers of smart city development and industrial energy efficiency. Ensure all solutions work together to provide seamless control and optimization across complex environments.
- Stakeholder & Multi-Agency Collaboration: Manage relationships with government agencies, city planners, and industrial partners to ensure smooth execution of energy monitoring and optimization projects. Demonstrate the value of real-time data and AI-driven analytics through EnOS Edge and ARK RM for effective energy management.
- Smart City & Industrial Project Leadership: Lead large-scale projects that integrate EnOS Cloud, ARK RM, EnOS Charge, and AI-powered Predictive Maintenance Solutions to deliver energy optimization and sustainability across industrial sites and smart cities.
- Sustainability Reporting & Compliance: Leverage Univers Sustainability Reporting Tools to help clients track carbon emissions, energy consumption, and environmental compliance. Use these tools to help cities and industries meet their sustainability goals and regulatory requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 10+ years of sales or business development experience in energy management, industrial solutions, or urban development sectors. Proven success in leading large-scale projects and collaborating with multi-stakeholder environments.
- Sales Acumen: A track record of transitioning clients from custom solutions to standardized product offerings. Experience managing complex, multi-agency relationships and navigating procurement processes.
- Collaborative Leadership: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product Managers, IoT Specialists, and Solution Architects to drive cross-platform solutions. Strong stakeholder management skills across government and private sectors.
- Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders in government and industrial sectors. Ability to articulate the value of technical energy solutions, such as ARK RM, EnOS Cloud, and Predictive Maintenance.
Technical Knowledge:
- Comprehensive Expertise in Energy Management Systems: Proficient in implementing and managing energy monitoring systems that ensure real-time visibility and control over energy usage, contributing to enhanced operational efficiency and sustainability goals.
- IoT Platforms for Smart Infrastructure: Skilled in deploying IoT platforms to facilitate real-time data collection, monitoring, and automation, driving connectivity across smart infrastructure and enabling precise control of energy resources.
- Cloud and Edge Computing Solutions: Deep experience with cloud-based platforms and edge computing solutions to enable scalable, flexible infrastructure for energy management, ensuring that data is processed efficiently at both central and localized levels.
- Smart HVAC and Building Automation: Expertise in smart HVAC optimization, utilizing AI-driven technologies to improve energy efficiency, optimize indoor air quality, and reduce operational costs in smart buildings and large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Predictive Maintenance & AI-Powered Analytics: Proven ability to implement predictive maintenance technologies powered by AI-driven predictive analytics, identifying potential failures before they occur and optimizing energy consumption across industrial assets and infrastructure.
- Sustainability and Regulatory Compliance: Strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks and regulatory requirements such as GHG Protocol and CDP reporting, ensuring that all energy management practices comply with international sustainability standards and drive toward net-zero goals.
Preferred Experience:
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with smart city infrastructure, industrial energy solutions, HVAC optimization, and urban development projects. Knowledge of energy monitoring systems, predictive analytics, and EV infrastructure is highly valued.
- Client Network: Extensive experience working with government agencies, industrial complexes, and urban planners. Familiarity with smart city projects across the APAC region is preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field, with a focus on energy management and sustainability solutions.
