About the Role
Your role requires a solid background in B2B business development experience within life sciences industry. The position will report to the CEO of the company.
- Carry out the formulation of the company's overseas BD strategy, to develop specific plans, and to implement them accordingly.
- Actively seek and evaluate overseas business cooperation opportunities.
- Establish potential partnership relationships and drive project negotiations and transactions.
- Responsible for project negotiations and transaction structure design.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure smooth project progress.
- Regularly collect and analyze market dynamics, understand industry trends and changes in the biobank field, and actively develop business strategies that align with the market.
- Manage the international business team and handle other tasks assigned by the leadership.
About the Requirement
- Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident holder.
- Bachelor's degree or above in biotechnology, medical, or related fields.
- Over 5 years of BD experience in the life sciences industry.
- Familiar with the technical and commercial trends of the life sciences industry, and understand the market and competitive landscape.
- Proficient in BD business processes and transaction structure design, with market operation experience preferred.
- Possess a strong business acumen, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.
- Professional English communication skills, with fluency in business negotiations conducted in English.
