Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team on a freelance, remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and client acquisition, with the ability to develop and enhance business opportunities. Your primary goal will be to attract new clients and convince them to utilize our recruitment services, thereby driving our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential new clients and develop strategies to engage them.
  • Reach out to prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and social media platforms.
  • Present and promote our recruitment services to potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and maximize lead generation.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with clients, ensuring clear communication of contract terms.
  • Participate in industry or regional events and conferences to network with potential clients.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance targets for new client acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role focused on client acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and in a remote setting.

Compensation:

  • The competitive commission structure is determined by the KPIs achieved.
