Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in analytics, consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
Experience with spreadsheet software, SQL, and data analysis.
Preferred qualifications:
Understanding of advertisers marketing goals.
Familiarity with Display/Video Ads businesses, particularly on YouTube.
Knowledge of statistics and excellent problem-solving and analysis skills.
Ability to work through ambiguity in an unstructured environment.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to craft and deliver a message with credibility to influence executive leadership.

Responsibilities
Develop technical skills to improve the investigative capabilities of the team.
Conduct thorough analyses using sophisticated techniques and tools (e.g., R, SQL, Tableau, etc.).
Forecast business performance quarters and years into the future to provide foresight into areas ripe for further investment.
Create and maintain a regular reporting cadence to surface insights into the ups and downs of our mid-funnel ads businesses.
Own and manage the related business performance agenda.
