We are looking for a Senior Change Management Consultant, to join the Change Management team within the NEXT Digital Experience practice.
The Change Management team provides services such as Stakeholder Change Management, Culture Change and Augmentation, Change Management PMO Establishment and Workforce Competencies to align organizational and workforce capabilities to business strategy. We thrive in helping communities around us to foster agile and people-centric environments that can adapt quickly to disruptive forces in the modern world.
What you will do:
- Strategise and plan projects: Strategise and plan for the change management approach.
- Advise, execute and monitor change related activities: Provide advisory, develop a POV and execute various change analysis, assessment, communications, engagement, adoption and enablement activities to successful completion.
- Manage stakeholders: Manage stakeholder expectations across multiple levels to maximize buy-in.
- Guide junior resources: Lead and guide assigned junior consultants to deliver assigned projects within scope, schedule and budget.
- Build new or expand upon existing capabilities: Whether it is digital adoption platforms that accelerate change adoption or people analytics that provide insights about a workforce, continuous improvement and innovation is the culture of the team. Senior consultants are expected to build competencies that will enhance our change management and adoption services.
- Lead pre-sales activities: Lead junior consultants or work individually as an experienced consultant to shape and qualify change management related opportunities, develop the change strategy and scope, prepare costing, draft proposal and present the solution to the client.
- Streamline or transform current work processes: There are often better ways of doing things. You will lead junior consultants to identify improvement initiatives such as streamline processes, introduce tools to shorten turn-around time or even propose radical alternatives to better achieve work objectives and outcomes.
- Share CM best practices: Share best practices in change management or any other domains that would expand the team's capabilities to do our work more effectively.
- Coach team: Coach the change management team on any new or enhanced capability or competency service offering that you are leading and building.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Hold a bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of related change management experience in an advisory capacity and having personally led these projects.
- Possess an excellent command of the English language and to write coherently and concisely without spelling/ grammatical errors.
- Possess fluent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage stakeholder groups at different levels of seniority effectively (from the C-suite to the ground staff).
- Possess solid presentation skills with the ability to engage varying numbers of audience size.
- Create professional and visually attractive presentation decks/ collaterals that will enhance your presentation delivery and accelerate buy-in of your ideas.
- Possess a commercial mindset in understanding how people related conversations with senior leaders or the ground may highlight i) priorities or needs in a project and ii) lack of capability or capacity in an organisation and link them to potential service offerings/ cross-sell opportunities that the change management team may value add.
