Senior Claims Executive [Centre / AR / Healthcare]

Responsibilities:

• Oversee insurance and patient claims processing.
• Manage AR collections related to patient claims.
• Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve disputes.
• Maintain detailed claims records and prepare reports.
• Analyze claims data to identify trends and improve processes.
• Coordinate with vendors and third parties.

Requirements:

• 2-years of claims processing experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in patient claims and AR collections.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in claims management software and MS Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or related field preferred.
