Senior Consultant / Architect, Identity and Access Management (IAM)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant / Architect in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to support our client's projects. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of IAM solutions, particularly in Identity and Access Governance (IAG), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Password-less Authentication, and Privileged Access Management (PAM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute IAM projects from initiation through completion
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to finalize requirements and architectural solutions
• Develop technical designs and oversee system testing and issue resolution
• Provide mentorship and training for junior team members
• Manage technical quality assurance and project timelines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• Strong communication skills
• Ideally 5 + years of experience in IAM consulting
• Proficiency with IAM setup on Windows and Unix platforms, plus knowledge of programming languages (Java, JavaScript, SQL) and web technologies (XML, SOAP, HTML)
• Familiarity with IAM solutions like SailPoint, Ping Identity, BeyondTrust, with certifications would be an advantage
