Work you will do

This role sits within the SAP team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which encompasses the SAP Module solutions respectively. As the member of the SAP FICO team within Deloitte Southeast Asia, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our SAP FICO business in the region. You will oversee the creation, sale, and delivery of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client requirements.

. Conduct workshops and interviews with clients to analyze their financial processes, reporting requirements, and system capabilities.

. Provide expert guidance on industry-leading practices and SAP recommended processes within the FICO domain, influencing clients to adopt standard methodologies.

. Develop target state SAP FICO solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with leading practices and strategic objectives.

. Analyze the existing application landscape to design effective interfaces with SAP FICO solutions, ensuring seamless integration.

. Perform SAP FICO configuration and testing activities. Develop detailed specifications for the creation of financial reports, forms, and interfaces.

. Lead consultant and client teams throughout the SAP FICO implementation cycle, including planning, execution of testing, data migration, and cutover activities.

. Support change management initiatives by developing comprehensive training materials, delivering training sessions, and providing post-implementation user support.

. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring project success.

. Collaborate with hardware and platform vendors to provision the necessary systems for SAP FICO deployment.

. Manage user authorizations and profile setups, ensuring compliance with security protocols.

. Lead brownfield upgrades to the SAP S/4HANA system, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.

Enough about us, let's talk about you. If you are someone with:

. A good honors Degree, preferably in Information Technology / Business / Engineering / Mathematics or related disciplines.

. Senior Consultants will require a minimum of 10+ years of experience in SAP FICO and completed at least an 4 to 5 end to end full life cycle of SAP FICO Module implementations. Also have some team leading experiences would be a plus.

. Proven experience in SAP FICO implementation, configuration, and support.

. Strong understanding of financial processes and controls in various industries.

. Relevant certifications in SAP FICO or related fields are highly desirable.

. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage clients and stakeholders effectively.

. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects in a multi-cultural work environment.

. Demonstrated excellence in conceiving and executing SAP solution.

. Broad understanding of SAP design. Appreciation of digital enterprise and emerging technologies.

. Sound business acumen, teamwork and leadership qualities.

. Willingness to work outside of office base and most of all

. An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a pre-requisite to fit to our short-term and long-term project assignment.
