Key responsibilities

Verifying and validating transactions within the System for consistency
Ensuring timely and accurate updates of deals in the system to reflect any changes
Drafting contracts for Crude and/or products for internal review
Distributing contracts post-approval
Recording contracts and associated amendments in the system
Keeping master templates up to date as required
Assessing and responding to contracts received from counterparties
Updating contract-related Excel worksheets/Power BI reports
Creating tender offers as necessary
Coordinating with Finance/Legal/Demurrage departments on contract wording and terminology
Evaluating counterparties general terms and conditions

Role requirements

Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business
Minimum 5 years experience in a Trade Support/ Operations role in drafting and reviewing contracts
Good understanding of incoterms
Experience working in Commodity trading environment
Highly detailed and meticulous
