My client is a leading and growing Oil and Gas Firm and we are recruiting for a Projects Contracts Manager to be based in the Singapore office. You will be given the opportunity to support the business on all project related matters in the region, and work closely with stakeholders in the market.

Responsibilities for this Senior Contracts Manager (Projects) Leading Oil and Gas Firm

• Preparation and source to request for quotation, evaluations and clarifications of submitted proposals
• Contract review including project agreements, technology agreements, software, license, SaaS and relevant services agreements
• Liaise with Project members to ensure timelines are met
• Monitor contracts and negotiation of final account settlement, drafting settlement, etc
• Support legal team in the negotiation of terms and conditions with subcontractors

Requirements for this Senior Contracts Manager (Projects) Leading Oil and Gas Firm

• Bachelor's degree in law / engineering / construction
• At least 12 years of relevant experience in Oil and Gas / Marine / Engineering,
• Strong experience in handling volume of contract drafting.
