Handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for our clients which include but is not limited to company incorporations, striking off of companies, preparation of directors and shareholders resolutions.
Manage client's portfolio mainly from private limited companies, Singapore branches and offshore companies
Coach and review work of junior team members to enable them to carry out their roles effectively and efficiently
Ensuring compliance in accordance with relevant statutory requirements, maintenance of statutory registers, and submission of statutory returns.
Handles ACRA Biz-filing requirements.
Other Adhoc duties as and when required
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Law, Accounting, Business Administration, Business Management
Graduate of SAICSA/CSIS/MAICSA or currently pursuing SAICSA/CSIS/MAICSA would be an advantage
In-depth knowledge of Companies Act.
3 to 5 years relevant working experience acquired in corporate secretarial practice
Working experience in an international firm is an advantage
Must be conversant with ACRA Bizfile and e-stamping
Good knowledge of corporate secretarial practice
