The Opportunity:
In this role you will:
Actively partner with clients, responding to their requests accurately and on time
Assist in creating cost analysis feedback and lessons learned to the client for future works
Assist in the Bid Evaluation process including analysing data and identifying areas requiring additional investigation
Be part of a larger team of cost managers delivering a robust cost management service to the client
Expertly negotiate with contractors to agree materials quantities based upon detailed designs
Partner in preparing and agreeing final accounts, including handling any claims to ensure the best value for the client
Prepare budget cost estimates
Resolve any commercial, change orders and contract issues quickly and fairly
Support team leader with cost control, cost reporting and forecasting of electrical scope of work

Are an experienced cost manager on large scale construction projects with increasing levels of leadership
Have a degree or comparable experience in quantity surveying
Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
Excel in a collaborative and friendly team environment
