We are seeking a Senior Creative with a dynamic background in both graphic design and UI/UX design to join our growing team. This role requires a visionary thinker with the ability to craft engaging visuals and design seamless user experiences. You will support the creative lead on various projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior creatives. Your work will significantly impact brand identity, product design, and digital marketing strategies.
Job Description:
- Creative Strategy: Conceptualize, develop, and communicate the overall creative strategy and vision for VT Markets, ensuring alignment with brand goals and resonance with the target audience.
- Brand Development: Oversee the development and consistent application of the brand identity across all platforms, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand presence.
- User Experience (UX) Excellence: Collaborate with product, operations, and development teams to ensure that all UX and UI designs are user-centric, intuitive, and aligned with the overall product strategy.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders and third-party vendors to align the creative vision with business goals.
- Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior creatives, providing feedback and fostering their professional growth.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and marketing materials.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative techniques in both advertising and UI/UX design.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Advertising, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in a senior creative role, either in an advertising agency or an in-house team.
- Proven expertise in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing digital product design, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, brand development, and the creative process.
- Experience with user-centered design principles and collaborating closely with development teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch ideas effectively to stakeholders.
- A problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail and a passion for innovation.
- Ability to create motion graphics and fluency in Mandarin to speak with mandarin speaking associates.
