Senior/Customer Quality Engineer (Automotive/Manufacturing)
Our client is a leading globally recognized technology company specializing in the design and manufacturing of automotive software and hardware components. With a unique standing in the automotive industry, this forward-thinking organization is now seeking a Senior/Customer Quality Engineer to join their dynamic team.
What you will do:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and its customers regarding quality-related matters
- Review and analyze customer quality requirements, translating them into internal quality standards and processes
- Timely and effectively address quality concerns and drive improvements using six sigma problem solving tools and 8D
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality control processes are consistently applied.
- Use APQP tools such as Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) and Control Plans to support quality planning
- Track quality deviations, prepare reports and lead meetings to recommend improvements to resolve non-conformance and enhance product reliability.
- Ensure compliance with our Quality Operating System, all relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
What you will need:
- Degree in Engineering (Electronics/Mechanical/Computer Engineering/Physics/Material Science)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant customer quality experience from the manufacturing/industrial/automotive industries
- Must possess knowledge in APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) process & standards (TS16949, FMEA, Quality Plan, PPAP)
