Responsibilities

• Received and Process Sales Order using SAP system, acknowledgement with estimate delivery date base on standard lead time
• Process Purchase Order to vendors
• Liaise with various internal & external parties to ensure timely production and shipping of goods
• Administer orders backlog, co-ordinate with Sales if there is any delivery &/or production hiccups
• Communicating with a factory in China for delivery matters
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Candidate must have at least 7 years of experience in Customer Service function
• Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage
• Mandarin proficiency to communicate with a factory in China
