Our Team
The Holdings team delivers market leading shareholder ownership data and is responsible for understanding the requirements for data disclosure in the APAC Markets. This helps our customers understand market sentiment and liquidity, driving investment decisions. We source the data from exchanges, company filings, issuer website, registry, and third-party providers.
We'll Trust You To
- Maintain, manage, improve and deliver accurate, high quality, Ownership data
- Expand the depth of our knowledge of client workflows with existing Holdings clients to ensure timely acquisition of Holdings data from involved parties and/or third-party systems
- Collaborate with Sales to promote Ownership data using the relevant subject matter expertise, and use knowledge gained from client interactions to enhance Ownership data offering
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects across quality and coverage initiatives, including procuring content to support best-in-class coverage
- Apply problem-solving and data analysis skills to identify innovative workflow efficiencies and implement technology solutions to enhance our processes/overall product strategy
You'll Need To Have
- 3-5 years of work experience in financial services industry, including exchanges, market data providers or financial institutions
- Data management experience, for example management, governance and quality assurance of data
- Experience in customer service roles (interacting with both internal and external clients customer support or sales/account management roles)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Business, STEM, or related field/equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience in communication skill especially when explaining technical processes and solutions to business partners and management
- Demonstrated experience contributing meaningfully to conversations with clients about the integration of Ownership data into investment decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to take a logical approach and apply critical thinking skills in order to solve problem
- The ability to work independently & in a team environment under deadlines, demonstrating self-motivatio
- Ability to adapt within a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and desire to work on multidisciplinary team
- Desire to improve and further develop our product
- Demonstrated continuous career growth within an organisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English

- Knowledge of statistical analysis and demonstrated data analysis skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Business proficiency in any Asian languages as your primary coverage will be Asian clients
