Job Title: Senior Data Engineer
Location: Bangalore
Business & Team: CST
Impact & contribution:
Reduce the deployment time of model by utilising advance tools and technology. In this role youll assist execution of strategic initiatives to improve team effectiveness and performance.
Reporting lines: Reports to Chapter Lead Data Engineering
Roles & Responsibilities:
7-10 years experience in design, architecture or development in Analytics and Data Warehousing.
Having credit risk model implementation background in previous assignment.
Experience across Enterprise BI/Big Data/DW/ETL technologies such as Teradata, Hadoop, R Programming, Python and AWS tools
Experience in working within a Data Delivery Life Cycle framework.
Experience leading discussions and presentations. Experience in driving decisions across groups of stakeholders.
Extensive experience in large enterprise environments handling large volume of datasets with High Service Level Agreement(s)
5+ years experience gained in a financial Institution, or Insurance provider, is desirable.
Experience in Development projects using R Studio, Spark , AWS/Cloud Services
Supports and mentors other Data engineers.
