Job Description:
- Monitor and ensure product delivery velocity with good communication
- Be the leader spearheading new projects together with fellow data scientists.
- Provide guidance to junior staff and nurture them with the aim to build up a solid support force for data science-related product development
- Be the Product Owner for data pipeline maintenance, initiate and coordinate deployment of enhancement whilst overseeing the overall stability of the pipeline
- Initiate enhancement of in-house forecast solution.
- Analyze forecast inquiries from local offices, proposing enhancements to the current models.
- Respond to the forecast system users inquiries.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python/SQL, capable of working independently or as part of a team
- Proficiency in Cloud Platform (GCP is preferred)
- Good knowledge of data engineering that covers data governance, database architectures and data pipelines
- Proficiency to review complex information, perform comparative analysis, and make recommendations based on findings
- Ability to perform BI analytics to present insightful messages with follow up actions
- Minimum 5 years experience in SaaS product development preferred
