Senior / Demand Planning and Customer Service Executive (Scent & Care), SEAO & Export Markets
As a Senior / Demand Planning & Customer Service Executive, you will support the Regional Supply Chain team in deliverables including forecast accuracy, lead time, production output and waste minimization and collaborate closely with Commercial teams to meet customers needs and requirements and ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction. You will play a key supporting role for Customer Service team to drive internal and external enquiries and complaints, to ensure on-time delivery. This role will report directly to Customer Service Manager, SEAO & Export Markets.
The Position:
Key player within one or more Supply chain functions including materials, production, inventory, logistics, demand management and order fulfilment.
Order fulfilment management for local and key clients
Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as fill rate and days of inventory and forecast accuracy.
Act as an intermediary between customer and cross functional departments to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Be the key point of contact for monthly sales forecast and consensus analysis.
Key member for monthly operations, pre-S&OP and weekly ASF meetings
Lead and assist continuous process improvement initiatives and collaborate closely
Present data findings and deep business insights to various levels of management
The Ideal Candidate:
Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of experience in supply chain
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong team player, customer-oriented and self-driven
Meticulous, organized and analytical.
Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office
