What you will be working on

In this role, you will:

  • Lead a team to drive organisational development (OD) efforts to elevate CPF Board's organisational capabilities.
  • Partner with senior management to understand and diagnose organisational needs, designing, developing and delivering effective interventions relating to people practices at both the organisation and project levels.
  • Synergise with leadership development initiatives to drive alignment on values, culture, thought leadership, management and teaming practices. This includes designing leadership interventions with an OD perspective and facilitating regular workshops for senior leaders and groups/teams.
  • Plan, facilitate, develop and implement change management strategies to ensure projects are well-supported and help staff adapt. This includes collaborating with and supporting internal stakeholders, advising, coaching, and training them in change management, empowering them to fulfil their roles effectively.
  • Conduct learning needs analysis, develop curriculum, design and deliver in-house training programmes related to organisational development for various levels of stakeholders.

What we are looking for

  • Demonstrated strong track record in leadership, OD, culture building, systems thinking, strategy alignment, group/team development and change management. Proven success in managing projects across various organisation levels.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence individuals across all levels of the organisation.
  • Confident and adept in designing, conducting and facilitating tailored training sessions across all levels of internal stakeholder groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an ability to dissect complex challenges, identify root causes, and propose targeted solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, adept at translating insights into actionable recommendations that resonate with audiences.
  • Adept in data analytics, with a strong ability to harness data to shape OD strategies, monitor effectiveness, and assess impact.
  • Familiarity with public sector and coaching certifications will be advantageous.


The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.

Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
