. Able to handle project independently from inception to completion with direct liaison with clients & consultants.

. Able to multi-task and work as an individual or part of a team in dynamic environment

Along the way, you will need to follow up with the following :

. Produce concept design, space planning and presentation

. Capable to produce tender documentation and detail drawings

. Ensure project complies with design specifications and building regulations

. Attend client meetings and conduct your own presentation to sell your concept

. Outspoken, persuasive & influential to acquire best value from vendors

Skills & Experience

. Required skill(s): AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office is a must

. At least 5 year of working experience in Corporate Office Interior Design.

. Must have strong commands of technical and construction knowledge and drawing

. Strong design leadership, independent and strong in client management

. Able to manage a team, mentoring and conduct training to junior designers.

. Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently
