Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead or participate in the full software consulting and delivery cycle, from ideation to deployment.
- Mentor less experienced developers through technical guidance and leadership.
- Utilize continuous delivery practices and DevOps tools to deliver high-quality software.
- Collaborate in value-driven teams to create innovative customer experiences.
- Establish partnerships with client leadership across engineering and commercial functions.
- Apply cutting-edge technology insights to solve client challenges.
The Successful Applicant
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in OutSystems and related web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Familiarity with design systems is a plus.
- Solid experience with relational databases and SQL.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins) within the OutSystems context.
- Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code comfortable with OOP and SOLID principles.
- Proven ability to engage client stakeholders and influence complex system development.
- Comfortable working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Extreme Programming.
- Resilient in the face of ambiguity and able to approach challenges creatively.
