We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated Development Partner/Senior Development Partner to join our Industry Human Capital (IHC) Division at EnterpriseSG. In this role, you will drive the growth of Singapore enterprises by developing talent, leadership, and manpower strategies and capabilities.

As a Development Partner/Senior Development Partner at PME & Leaders, you will collaborate closely with enterprises to support the development of global-ready and R&D talent. Your responsibilities will include engaging with stakeholders to co-create solutions, driving initiatives such as the Singapore Global Executive Programme and PME Leadership programmes, and enhancing employer branding initiatives to position Singapore enterprises as employers of choice. Additionally, you will partner with Industry Clusters to address enterprises manpower and talent needs.

You will develop a perspective and gain deep insights on global human capital trends and challenges faced by companies. You will acquire skills in policy development, programme design and management, problem solving and stakeholder engagement. We love to have data to substantiate our ideas, so you will have the chance to run data analysis and hone your data story telling skills. [What are we looking for]
a) A proactive individual who is passionate about supporting local enterprises and understands the importance of talent in driving business growth
b) Experience in talent management, leadership development, or HR consultancy is advantageous
c) Strong analytical skills, resourcefulness, and a collaborative mindset
d) Preference for candidates with industry experience or knowledge of Singapore government's manpower policies
e) Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a sense of humor and a love for learning and teaching
