Job Description

Our client, a leading B2B services provider, is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development. He/ she will be responsible for driving the Company's outreach to Enterprise customers and developing business across all sectors. This person will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets while maintaining customer satisfaction. This role will report directly to the C Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth with Enterprise customers
  • Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in client organizations
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell Company's services and solutions
  • Develop proposals and presentations to showcase Company's capabilities and value proposition
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure a win-win outcome
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business development efforts

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in solution selling, with a proven track record of driving sales growth
  • Experience in B2B sales, with exposure to multiple sectors
  • Strong understanding of corporate customers needs and challenges
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a sales team to meet and exceed targets
  • Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver on client commitments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
