THE OPPORTUNITY
Play a pivotal role with a global broker as they scaling their insurance technology products across APAC! Seeking an ambitious Sales Director to fuel growth, you will lead new business development across APAC markets, with a focus on Southeast Asia, Australia, and Greater China. You'll cultivate key C-suite relationships, expand the technology team's presence, and drive strategic sales to achieve ambitious goals.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead Market Engagement: Position the product as a market leader in Life and Non-life technology solutions, focusing on the APAC region
- Build Pipeline & Drive Sales: Develop and manage a qualified pipeline, lead targeted sales strategies, and deliver client-centric proposals
- Client Relationship Excellence: Serve as the relationship manager for select technology clients, nurturing strong, high-quality interactions and loyalty
- Mentor and Collaborate: Support and guide consultants, sales colleagues, and proposition teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth
- Influence Strategy: Shape product development, respond to market trends, and collaborate on technology strategy
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven success in senior sales and client management, with a strong record in pipeline development and strategic execution
- Extensive knowledge of insurance technology and relevant functions, including underwriting, actuarial, and risk
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of building relationships at the C-suite level
- 10+ years of industry experience, with availability to travel as needed
