Job Description
- Lead a team of Early Intervention teachers and provide mentorship on the job
- Lead and manage a class of children with learning, behavioural and developmental needs
- Develop curriculum, lesson plans and implement learning, socio-emotional, behavioural and developmental intervention
- Conduct psychosocial-developmental and/or educational assessments and followup with recommendations
- Ensure thorough documentation and timely communication of progress and interventions with team and stakeholders
- Engage and facilitate communciation with the team and stakeholders
- Organise and facilitate school wide initiatives and events
- Maintain and manage EIP resources
- Mentor and/or supervise team members in EIP
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in Special / Education, Early Childhood or Psychology
- Experience in Early Intervention Setting
- Have a strong command of English and have good organizational skills
- Able to work independently and yet be a good team player
