MCR are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the electrical design on hyperscale data center projects in Singapore & Malaysia.
The role
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver best -in-class solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement design templates.
- Research and brief the team on new technologies to ensure bet solutions possible.
- Apply cost engineering principles to optimise project budgets.
- Create and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing design concepts and solutions.
- Manage projects in Malaysia and Singapore, with potential for overseeing international projects.
Requirements
- Electrical engineering degree
- Chartered engineer (Advantageous)
- Previous Data Centre experience (Preferred) OR Mission Critical Facilities (expected)
- Experience working with Largescale UPS / Generators / Switchgears
- Working with high level redundancy systems & back up systems
