Reporting to the Manager, you are responsible for the smooth operation of the Hospital's maintenance functions and ensure compliance with all safety, health and environment standards. You will oversee the preventive and corrective maintenance programmes of the in-house contractor as well as developing appropriate and effective action plans to improve maintenance standards and procedures. In addition, you will ensure that the Service Level Agreement terms with the contractors are met, also managing the Repair and Replacement (R&R) projects by coordinating with the vendor on the equipment requirements, working with consultants and the in-house contractor to ensure the successful implementation of the R&R projects.
In addition, you will be expected to participate in department audits, reviewing of contract documents and Hospital initiative committees such as Green, Infection control, BCP, Risk Management etc.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering with minimum 4 years related work experience
- Able to organise, prioritise and schedule work assignments independently and effectively
- Proven track record of good project management skill will be an advantage
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
