The Senior Engineer, Facilities Management (FM) supports the Head of Department to ensure the Facilities & Biomedical Engineering department functions efficiently and effectively to achieve NNI's strategic objectives. The Senior Engineer (FM) is to ensure that renovation projects and infrastructure works, the day-to-day management of facilities, maintenance support services, operational processes and department KPIs are consistently kept to a high standard to support the institution's operational requirements.
Job Requirements
The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
- Renovation projects, infrastructure improvement works and maintenance of NNI facilities.
- Ensure the timely maintenance replacement of all such stated assets, equipment and fixtures so that assets are sustained and optimized over their cyclical lives with minimal downtimes and costs.
- Interaction with TTSH Support Services especially in areas such as facility engineering, security & carpark and housekeeping.
- Prepare technical specification for ITQ/RFP and participate in procurement evaluation as subject matter expert for facilities management and facility development.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering / related fields or equivalent + 4 yrs exp or Diploma in Facilities Management Engineering / related fields or equivalent + 10 yrs exp & demonstrated competency.
- Strong experience in business operations and project management especially in large establishment or in an institution preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Independent and resourceful.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
