Responsible for equipment qualification, maintenance, and performance in Wafer Coat & Bake, Frame Mount, and Tape Cut areas. Develop quality systems and optimize processes
Analyse and identify the causes of machine breakdowns, utilizing a Process Control Sheet (PCS) checklist to test specifications
Resolve machine issues within set parameters and implement permanent solutions to prevent repetitive breakdowns
Modify machines for new products and create jigs for efficient processing, include testing for specifications, updating setup documentation, verifying safety standards, and recommending safety enhancements
Follow the maintenance schedule and coordinate with Production for downtime
Identify parts that require changing and replace, create samples before and after changes
Analyse machine breakdown history and recommend Preventive Maintenance program details
Identify the causes of machine issues and conduct thorough quality investigation. Implement measures to prevent potential quality issues generated by equipment
Lead improvement projects to enhance machine throughput and product quality. Assist to reduce machine timing and modifying parts as needed
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics
At least 5 years of experience in production operations, equipment engineer and/or process engineer in semiconductor industry
Good problem-solving skills and communication skills
