Job Description
Outdoor Sales that can manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers.
Define Sales Strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives.
Built Relationships and understand customer business to provide appropriate products offerings and solutions.
Identify opportunities and build credibility with Customers.
Utilize the product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the Customers.
Sales Knowledge of Field Instruments like transmitter, Flowmeter, Analyzer, Recorder and CCTV.
Handle proposal/sales and technical clarification meetings with Singapore Customers / EPC/System Integrator.
Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization.
Manage momentum through the sales cycle.
Experience
Minimum 5 -7 years sales experience in Field Instruments,wireless technology, Products solution sales and order conversion.
Knowledge of the business related to field Instruments/wireless technology in Process Automation industry.
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques with customer engagement.
Generating Sales Funnel, coordinate with team and responsible to meet monthly Sales target.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a matrixed environment.
Education
Diploma or Degree in Instrumentation / Electrical / Mechanical/Chemical Engineering
Knowledge/Professional Skills
Knowledge in the process Industry Standards and understand of basic DCS /PLC Control system philosophy.
Experience & Knowledge on Transmitters/Flowmeter/Analyzer/Controller/Recorder/CCTV /wireless.
Good Negotiation and customer engagement through virtual and Face to face.
Multi-tasking and able to handle stress to meet sales target.
Experience in handling competitors and expert in order conversion.
Ability to adapt and grow in competitive environment.
Knowledge of IIOT and understanding of digitalization transformation will be advantages.
