Job Description
Ensures smooth operation of administrative tasks within the engineering department
Manage Project documentation, facilitate communication, and provide essential support to engineers and project managers
Tracking of Building licenses and Engineering Contracts
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence to ensure timely communication
Maintain and update office records, databases, and files for documentation
Attention to detail and Organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, etc
Basic understanding of engineering terms
Understand basic engineering parts and tools
Receiving of basic delivery items
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. Preferably with experience in hotel, building facilities, or construction maintenance
ITE/Nitec Certificate in Building Facilities Maintenance or equivalent
Experience in managing various coordination responsibilities as detailed above for multiple engineering programs
Ability to develop and maintain partnerships with those inside and outside one's workgroup
Self-motivated, responsible individual
Ability to work independently on a project team
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office software for use in daily responsibilities
