Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the engineering team to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Set department goals and objectives and collaborate with senior management on overall company goals.
- Develop and implement engineering strategies and plans to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Provide technical guidance, support, and mentorship to the engineering team.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and production, to ensure effective collaboration and project execution.
- Oversee the design, development, testing, and implementation of engineering solutions.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Science or It's equivalent.
- At least 4 years experience related working experience
- Able to lead a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
