Job description

The ideal candidate has a background of at least 5 years in the education field, working experience as kindergarten English teacher would be a major advantage. Perseverance, dedication and flexibility are must.

Requirements:

. You need to be able to adapt your teaching methodologies when necessary

. Being able to engage and motivate students

. Being proactive showing initiative

. Punctuality

. Good time management skills

. Excellent communication skills

. Good problem-solving skills

. A bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of teaching experience.

.Understanding the concept of tuition centers, this is an education -yet service-oriented industry, each student is treated as an individual, instead of a number.

.Willing to work in evenings, weekends, and in the daytime during peak periods.

We are only looking for full-time teachers. The monthly salary ranges from 4,500 SGD to 5,500 SGD, depending on years of teaching experience and qualifications.

Duties:

.Preparing lessons plans, and tailor the lessons to students needs

.Providing (written) feedback on student progress

.Developing curriculum materials

.Identifying learning obstacles

.Supervising students during peak hours

. Other ad hoc tasks

Work schedule

. The work schedule is five or six days a week depending on candidates availability.

. 09:00 to 20:00 on weekdays 09:00 to 18:00 on weekends. (Lunch and dinner break arranged in accordance with your schedule)

. Note that the schedule is subject to change during school breaks and on public holidays.
