Job Overview: This is a crucial role within the Singapore Business Unit, providing dynamic support across multiple functions, including Partnership, Financial Products, Credit, Sales, Operations, and Collections. The focus of this role may shift in alignment with business directions and needs, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
Responsibilities
Lead and Support: Manage borrower-facing activities, including acquisition, onboarding, collection related processes (e.g. product calculation, preparation of Statement of Account,Giro/DDA application processing, etc) and telesales team management, etc.
Backend Operations: Oversee backend activities related to borrowers and partners, such as KYC checks, CRM updates, referral fee payouts, collection monitoring, partner contract generation, loan drawdown processes, etc.
Reporting: Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports for various stakeholders, including the Business Unit weekly tracker, Financial Product Portfolio trackers and Partnership tracker, etc
Process Improvement: Enhance and maintain existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency.
Undertake ad-hoc responsibilities as they arise, demonstrating the ability to adapt to new challenges and align with evolving company objectives.
