Job Responsibility:
Administrative Functions
- Provide administrative support to the supervisor including assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations and other documentation as required by supervisor.
- Manage and organize documents, including filing, scanning and record-keeping.
- Data collection and analysis.
- Processing new contracts, amendment and renewals.
- Handle all aspects of the work visa process, including applications, renewals and cancellations.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Corporate Governance
- Assist in maintaining corporate governance documentations.
- Assist in preparing the Board meetings.
- Support the supervisor in liaising with regulators, auditors, and Company Secretary for governance and board matters.

Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administrations, Human Resources, or other relevant field.
- Some experience in HR and marketing function is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
- Business proficiency in Chinese Language and English, as this role requires to liaise with China counterparts.
