Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate of invoice processing in compliance with the local statutory requirement
- To ensure the creditor aging balance is accurate and reconcile with vendor statement.
- To response and handle to queries from Vendor and end-users
support and resolve the service request
provide information on processes,
emergency requests appropriately
- Handle internal and external auditor enquiries.
- Compile and surfaced any compliance issues.
- Handle vendor master creation and maintenance
- Undertake ad hoc and related functions as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum a diploma qualified in Accountancy.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in AP.
- Experience in S4 Hana, GST & Withholding Tax treatment will be an advantage
Skills/competencies & Preferred Characteristics
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fast learner and proactive with strong problem solving and execution capability
- Willing to learn and be hands-on in work deliverables to meet deadlines
- Team player who can work independently
- Prior experience in SAP (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words and Excel)
